If you capture the seed sent and the key returned you might be able to deduce the relationship, or with enough of them, compute it.ĭamn, just discovered a downside of this T1 if used on a 75 or ZTT So it should be possible to connect one up in monitor mode, running off another laptop or pc and log the data flow every time you do something with the T1. The new Elm 327 chip should be able to display multi byte responses. Unfortunately, the Elm 323 chip can't handle more than 7 data bytes or in frame responses so I was limited in what I could read. I used my Scantool interface, piggy backed onto the L line and switched to monitor mode (just the input side connected) and viewed the data stream sent to and from the the ACR4 whilst it was initialsing. ![]()
